Anne A. ADDEH is Company Secretary of Ewalen Investments & Services LLC.

Her interests include helping people with financial advisory services and maintaining company administration, compliance, and integrity compliance.

Mrs. Addeh retired from Nigeria’s Nigerian National Petroleum Organization [NNPC] in June 1999 as Deputy Chief Marketing Officer.

Her work assignments with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in Nigeria spanned nineteen years and included the following: 1997-1999 Area Sales Coordinator, Eastern zone; 1993-1995 O/C Supply and Distribution; 1989-1993 Technical Assistant to Head of Commercial Services Division, PPMC-NNPC; 1984-1989 Product Accounting and Systems Control Officer, Supply & Distribution, Commercial Services, PPMC-NNPC; 1982-1984 Research Chemist, Research & Development Division, NNPC; and 1981-1982 Project Cost Control Officer, Eleme Petrochemical project, PED-NNPC.  

Mrs. Addeh holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (Pedagogy) degree from Thomas University in Georgia, USA, specializing in Middle-Grades Science, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She has attended numerous professional and management development courses and conferences in the USA, UK, and Nigeria. She is proficient in written and spoken English and French and speaks two Nigerian languages: Ibo and Yoruba.

She is a keen golfer, philanthropist, woman of faith, educator, and public-spirited. Mrs. Addeh is a member of the board of trustees of Loyola Jesuit College (Abuja) Endowment Fund, Women and Youths Environmental Safety and Empowerment Organization Abuja, and Guiding Light Assembly, Lagos, where she was Chairman of the Board of Trustees until February 2024. She was the Financial Secretary of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria (2009) and Lady Captain of IBB International Golf & Country Club (2013). She is a Life Member of Ikoyi Club 1938 and a current United States Golf Association member.

She is married with two children and 2 lovely grandchildren.
